Al,
I was looking at their stuff yesterday and 1) they are pretty big 2) I asked
them whether the screens need to be verticle and they told me that they do
indeed need to be verticle.
So I'm still looking.
I wish I could find an old rearview mirror with the compass installed, just
to take apart to see what makes 'em work, and how big they are. They are
around $250.00 new.
If they were small enough I could remove the mirror on my RS and have
someone cut a car mirror to fit.
To all the helpful smart alecks out there: Yes, I could just look at the sun
to determine direction. But then again, why would I need a watch when I can
just look at the sun to determine the time.
As long as the sun is out that is.
:)
