[ST] Lower rearsets

You know, I am getting older and my poor old knees aren't what they used to
be. I could sure use a lower foot peg position. I really like the ST and
can't seem to find any other bike that will do, so I am wondering if anyone
knows of some rearsets that lower the foot peg position for our beloved
ST's.
