  I bought the '01 RS under the same circumstances, and have not
regretted it for one minute.  I've not yet found myself thinking "I wish
I had 10 more horsepower".
  They will be offering the incentives until the end of April, I
believe.  If you don't think that you would benefit from the $500 credit
toward acessores, you can opt for low financing rates instead.  I
believe that they are 4.9% for 24 mos. or 6.9% for 36 mos.  I opted for
the latter.
