[ST] When to change brake pads???

I've got about 3 to 4 mm left on all pads until the little lines on the pads
dissappear.  I've never seen unused pads yet to know the total about of
wear.  Does this mean I'm half done?   or Should I change the brake pads?

Hmmmm, questions, questions, questions.
