[ST] Kudos for Zero Gravity Customer Service



I ordered a ZG ST screen for My DeSTiny and it came with 1/4" drilled holes
instead of the necessary 3/8" holes: an error due to a new employee that
still has a lot to learn  Bill Todd from ZG said no problem, he'll send me a
new one, just send the old one back in the box from the new one.  The
problem was I didn't think I'd get it in time for my trip this weekend.  ZG
actually ate the cost for 3-day shipping (over $30), almost 1/2 the price of
the screen itself.  I received it on Wednesday.  That's what I call great
customer service!
