I usually reduce pressure from 2,9 bar to 2,3-2,4 on the rear and from 2,5
to 2,2-2,3 on the front tyre (Metzeler Z3).
Metzeler recommends 2,3 on the front and 1,9 (too low IMHO) on the rear for
track use.
