[ST] Front Stand

Jeff, thanks for the upload. I have always been one to rig the front end up
to a beam in my basement or to a tree outside, and with the help of a
come-along, hoist the bike in the air. Swinging around is one disadvantage of
this operation, so isn't my concern about loading parts of the bike that
weren't meant to be loaded. So, I ask all out there, where are you supposed
to support your bike when you need the front end up? The bike shops must do
it some way, Triumph must have thought of this in the design phase. Every
bike needs front end work some time.
Jeff have a clever solution here, much better than mine, but I still worry
that the little piece of aluminum that the stand is bearing on could be
broken or cracked. This is a chronic problem with motorcycles, except dirt
bikes with their cradle frames. Thoughts please?
