[ST] Re-keying hard bag locks.

I now have three Triumph keys to lug around, and they all look about the
same. Is it possible to rekey the hard bag locks to match the ignition? Or
at least match the panniers to the top case? My temporary solution was to
fill the 'T' on the top case keys with white-out, and the 'H' on the pannier
keys.

Is this something any locksmith should be able to handle? The dealer didn't
know, and certainly didn't offer to.
