When I had my shop mechanic feel the "play" in the lever, he said that
there's nothing wrong.  While there may be nothing wrong, I still don't like
it.  (I even had better brake feel on my old '84 GPZ 750 Kawasaki.)

Also, has anyone here attacked the problem via the replacement of the master
cylinder with either another one from Triumph or an aftermarket one?  If
yes, I'd like to hear about it.
