[ST] 12,000 mile check

Your owner's manual lists the services that should be performed. If you go
by schedule, the valves are not included, They should be done at 6,000 and
18,000 miles, although a lot of shops wait until 12,000 to do the first
check. Then the second should be at 24,000. The fork oil is listed.
