The problem is that it's very hard to quantify a vibration.  Do you
have another lister near you?  Maybe you can take bikes out and swap
them for a while?  Ride yours, ride the other, ride yours again.  That
wouldn't prove anything to the dealer, but at least it would help you
get a better idea of what it should feel like.

If nothing else, keep going back to the dealer and have them look at it
and get it on record that you're feeling excessive vibrations to have
some documentation that it was doing this while still under warranty.

After that, I'd try a different dealer, or calling ToA, though, sadly,
that doesn't seem to have the same sort of effect that it used to.

Things I've checked on my bike:
- -chain tension
- -engine mounts
- -clip on bolts
- -throttle bodies synched (they were way off--didn't help a lick)
- -balance shaft alignment (impossible to check on my bike without
splitting the engine cases, due to dealer error when the engine was
rebuilt)

I've never had the tune changed on my bike.  Maybe I should try that.
