[ST] Seat Cowl Mods

Hello!

Has anyone out their modified the seat cowl on their RS so that it can fit
on with the luggage rack for the top box in place. I am a bit twitchy about
cutting up expensive bits of plastic when I have no idea if it will work. If
so, how did you do it?
