Not quite what yer asking, but on topic. The mechanic at my local shop
made himself a lugguage rack to fit over the cowl on his Daytona.
Bent and welded steel (or aluminum) 1/4" rods with artistic curlicues
and form fitting over the cowl.  Tres cool, as they say.  If I ever
get a chance to get a picture, I'll post it.
