[ST] Leanness, tunes?

ST'ers
I have been very happy with the way my 01 ST runs.
Most likely because it's BRG...
I have noticed that the engine has an odd vibration in the 
3400 - 3800 RPM range. I had figured this was do to the 
way the counter balancer was setup but now I wonder if this 
is a lean burn condition that a tune might fix?
Has anybody else had odd vibrations in the mid to upper 3000 RPM range? 
It is hardly a bother but if it just a tune to download at the next
service...
