[ST] Delayed Posts

I've been wondering about this for a while.  I'm in e-mail mode
but it seems like it takes rather a long time for a post to
appear on the liST.  For example, I wrote & sent my response to
Alex's 'tyre pressures' post December 17 at 6:17pm PST but it
didn't appear on the liST until the 19th at 4:18 PST.  Any
thoughts?
