Well after doing a search this is what I found.  Signalmatic used to have a website but not any longer.  Here is the address and phone number.  I called it, and it got a recording (It was sunday afterall) but the recording sounded more like a residence than a commercial message, but it is a working number.  I did find one website that offered it for sale at $129.00.  A store called Cycletech.
