[ST] Avon Azaro III

Well after complaining about the Avon Azaro II (AV35/36) tyres in cross 
winds I've bitten the bullet and instead of the Pirelli GTS I was going to 
fit I've ordered the Azaro III (AV45/46-ST) to try as they are cheaper than 
the GTS' (sucker for punishment or what).

I'm getting them at the weekend if the delivery comes in as there where 
only launched on 1st of Feb.
