RE: [ST] Gas mileage cont. Steve



Thanks for the suggestion Steve, I had the brakes checked.  With regard to
summer/winter gas, I got 30 MPG & 45 MPG and 30-35 MPG all within 2 weeks
after it was worked on 4 times.  Obviously, something that was done right at
the second service was undone at the third service, and not corrected at the
4th service. All within 2 weeks?  I'm getting real tired of this.  What's
really annoying that he had the mileage/power balance dead-on until I let
them work on it for other things at the 3rd service. The really great thing
WAS the power was the best it had been when I was getting the best mileage,
nice! The fourth time he said he leaned it out as much as possible, and
power is down a little but the gas mileage still sucks. I haven't lubed my
chain in about 400 miles so I'll give that a shot.  Val
