I promise NOT to waste any more bandwidth on this subject, BUT....

The human's perception of color is what is reflected off the item being 
viewed, Sooooooo... if an object *reflects* red spectrum photons, we 
perceive that object as being "RED".  Black is the absence of ANY reflected 
photons, therefore by deductive reasoning it is NOT a color, because we 
perceive NO reflected photons.

So, Cam, when did the 21st century start?  01/01/2000 or 01/01/2001  :]
