Thanks for the update on the story Bill, glad it finally arrived.  But
I've been thinking about this, and what to expect from discount internet
sites...the first area to save money in an operation like that is prolly
gonna be the customer service area, since you're discounting you're gonna
have less people to cover the bases, etc etc.  

Makes me feel like the extra $10-$20 at the local dealer is money well
spent.  That is, if you have a local dealer to support!
