Re: [ST] lowering the st



One thing to think about with thick soled shoes
though.

You may find yourself with a snug feeling around the
shifter.  My Doc Martens are thick enough at the sole
that I had to just ride for a while before I got used
to the thick sole lifting my foot up while on the peg,
so I had to exagerate the movements of my left foot to
get is on/under the shift lever.

I can ride fine now with them, and pretty much they
are the only footwear I ride with at the moment, but
it might take a little getting used to.
