OK. I also happen to live in NJ. So, confess, who is your dealer? I, 
like a few others on this list, get my work done at Freehold 
Hon-Duc-Tri. The new tune is part of the usual maintenance. But if 
you're going in to get the new tune and nothing else, I don't blame them 
if they charge you.
