[ST] Sprint concerns

Leaky fuel senders ARE being covered by Triumph, I believe those having
repeated troubles with this have dealer mechanics that have fatter fingers
then others. Broken clutch cables happened to every Triumph model the past
year, this was found to be a bad OEM cable, which Triumph has fixed by
changing vendor. Fried lower fairings, do a search in the first year of the
list, this was a much discussed issue then. Many came from the shielding
comming unglued, making contact with the header and eventually burning up.
It's on the bottom of the bike, no fires have occured, what's to worry?
Like STeve I say there are too many people taking too much time picking nits
in this non-riding part of the year.
I'm so happy with my '99 ST with 50K+ miles I'm trading it in for an '02,
just because it runs faster and jumps higher, and I just want to start over
on the breaking in process, yes I'm a sicko. :)

This has made me nervous as, with my prior experience, I had come to be
very happy with Triumph products. Please tell me I'm wrong and that
overall you're really happy with your bikes.

Paul.
