there was some flashing promo text on their website.
i was a bit leary, as the promo said that the free
bulbs wouldn't show up on the invoice, they'd just
get put in with the order. when i emailed
sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, john replied that they were
shipping the W5W bulbs with every online order.

that's why i emailed them, because if the offer *had*
expired, then i wanted to add the sidelights, as i'd
intended to buy them originally anyway.
