Hopefully someone who had it will post details.  I'm just passing along
info from Tech.  If your bike is so equiped (CA emissions version),  the
mess of tubing under gas tank can crack.  Probably due to heat, I
suspect.  Mine had one visible crack in it when it was removed.
Yet I still suffer from what may be (?) poor mileage.  BTW, original CF
pipe tune.
