[ST] Philips bulbs

<<
Does all of the front fairing have to come off to
replace the headlight
bulbs?

On the RS, you can easily change the headlight bulbs
without removing any plastic since we all know about
the infamous "unfinished dash". It took me about a
minute for each bulb. I think the ST is somewhat more
involved. On both models, the upper front fairing has
to come off (so do mirrors) to get to the third eye
but it's quite easy.
