[ST] Synthetic Oils - Warning

This may have already been beaten to death but:

Do not put synthetic oil in your bike before at least 5000km or 3000mi. We
had an ST need new rings because semi-synthetic was used after the first
break-in oil change. The same happened to the dealer we use on one of his
own bikes.

Use non-sythetic oil after the first break in oil change, then once you've
hit the 5000km or 3000mi mark, change your oil & filter every 5000km or
3000mi.
