IIRC in the US it is illegal to no warranty a vehicle unless it is
proven that the service provided was incorrectly done.

ie. if you rolled into the dealership with engine problems and either
not changed to oil for 30k miles or kept on putting in 5w30 or such then
they could deny the claim.
