Re: [ST] Front plates for Aussies



Hmmm.  I dont live down under, but I'd like to think
that a more appropriate response to the 'minority'
behaving in wreckless fashion would be a better
enforcement mechanism.  

I'm not quite sure why I think this way, but I am of
the oppinion that more police patrols would be more
beneficial.  It might provide more jobs, more taxes
collected, more fines collected and less hassle spent
on researching a safe front plate design and
money/time spent on altering the Aussie code for
motorcycle contruction.

With that said, I'm surprised that I'm not required to
have a front plate on my bike since it's the law in my
state for cars to have them...so maybe I should expect
that to happen in the not-too-distant future.
