[ST] Socket polarity

I just stuck my shiny Radio Shack meter down the hole. Red probe in te 
middle, +12V. Black probe in the middle, -12V. voltage between the side and 
frame ground, 0V.

My 2001 has +12V in the center of the accessory socket.
