I never got that one either.  I've been riding in NJ for 15 years and I 
still can't figure out why I get flak from gas station attendants when I try 
to pump my own gas into my truck, yet the same attendants will gladly hand 
over the pump when I'm on one of my bikes....    Bizarre...
