Re: [ST] RE: st-digest V2002 #380



No intention of stirring up an argument but as a ST owner using it for its
intended purpose "sports touring" the Speed Triple is just not as
comfortable.

Ok, before the flame starts I must say that this is purely my opinion based
on the time I spent on a loaner triple whilst my ST was in for service.
Terrific fun in traffic, made me think of moving house somewhere that would
put a mountain range between home and work but after 20 minutes on highway
work started to get a bit uncomfy followed by becoming very uncomfortable.

The Hornet just seems to be more suited to a touring role than the Speed
Triple despite being a naked bike.
