RE: [ST] Tire Pole, again

	I changed to the Avon 35/36 after thrashing the OEM tires.  The Avons are
great from edge to edge, and very nice in the wet.  I am curious about the
new offerings from Avon; however, I am happy with the idea of don't fix what
is not broken.  I certainly give the 35/36 two thumbs up.  I have put
approximately 11,000 miles on several sets of 35/36.  Maybe 5,000 out of a
rear, and around 8,000 on the front.  Depends somewhat on how much riding I
am able to do outside of Iowa.

I just finished off a pair of 020's .... no complaints really, and a nice
price compared to the Avons, but I'll never buy them again unless I'm forced
to by circumstance.

I'm only 2,000 kms into the Avon 35/36 combination, but I love these tires.
They're quicker steering and have much better grip. The best feedback of the
4 sets of tires I've had on the ST. My only fear is of the ticket that lies
in wait for me :-)

One caveat - I haven't been in the rain on them yet, but I expect good
things. The 020's certainly weren't the best tire I've ever run in the wet.
