Hi Tim

I live in Flitwick (so definitely not a tractor boy!), and I know that 
Flitwick Motorcylces have only just taken on the franchise, so I don't have 
a lot of experience of their Triumph servicing; but I have had 3 dealings 
with them:

1) Pair of armoured trousers which fell apart after a year.  They sent them 
back, and lent me something in the meantime.  When the manufacturer didn't 
return them in the week, they gave me a brand new pair, no questions asked.

2) Problem with my alarm, the supplier of the bike was particularly 
unhelpful, so I called FMC on the off-chance.  Their mechanic talked me 
through resynchronising the thing on the phone.

3) Turned up on the off chance for new tyres, straight away and good price.

So far so good I think!

I'm booking a service this month, so I'll post how I get on with that.
