[ST] Painting - Blue ST

I recently scuffed the belly fairing on a ramp, it's got a 2" by 7" white 
patch.

Is it possible to spray just the scuff or do I need to spray the whole 
panel. Also as it is metallic paint what will the match be like compared to 
the rest of my fairing?
