Eric,

I just bought some tires from Chapparal.  Took about a week to get here.
Even with shipping ($9 per tire), I saved over $80 plus tax on the price the
dealer wanted.  I also invested in the tools to remove both wheels. That way
I can remove the wheels myself and take em to my local Honda/Ducati dealer
where they'll mount and balance the tires for about $20.  Compared to the
$80+ the dealer quoted me on mounting the tires (including the charges for
removing and reinstalling the wheels), the tools looked cheap! In case
you're wondering, that $80 was in addition to the already exorbitant price
for the tires themselves.
