Re: [ST] Tire Sources

I just ordered up a new set of Pirelli Dragon GTS's for the RS from
www.discountmotorcycletire.com. It was $207 for a front and rear tire plus
$21 for shipping ($14 for the first tire, and $7 for everyone after
that) Their prices are about 30-50% less than what is printed in the
Dennis Kirk catalog. The tires arrived safe and sound in about 5 days. As
for mounting and balancing, the local Yamaha dealer wanted $45 per wheel,
whereas the Honda dealer only wanted $18 each (wheels off of the bike in
both cases). My "local" Triumph dealer is over an hour away, so they
didn't even figure into this equation.
