[ST] seats

ya, bryan i'm still here...

i am 6'4" and 230#. my butt would last about 6 hours
on the stock seat and then it was toast. i did some 10
or 12 hour days at the 2001 tsra eastern ralley last
year, and my butt vowed to do something about the
stock seat.

i had my seat redone by sargent last winter, and the
difference in new seat and the old is like night and
day. as bryan said, the seat has a very firm feel to
it. i have done several long days on it this spring
(bull shoals included), and my st is a different bike.
it really improves the quality of the ride. my wife
and i spend a lot of time on our st and she loves the
new seat too. i find that we can ride a lot later into
the day before she starts complaining about ralley
butt.

sargent turned the seat around in about 3 weeks (last
january) and the cost was just north of $200. well
worth the cost IMHO. i had a great experience with
sargent, and would highly recommend them.
