[ST] earplugs / earbuds again

I disassembled a pair of Etymotic ER 20's, and fitted them to Koss earbuds.
They work OK, but the helmet tends to dislodge the earbuds as you put it on.
It still takes several tries to get things right. Bass response overwhelms
the highs, making the sound a little muddy overall. Proper placement is
critical for best sound, and thus conflicts somewhat with stuffing
everything inside a helmet. For the price, though, it's difficult to beat
the noise attenuation and sound quality.

The ER20's are $15 from Aerostich. The Koss buds are $24 from Best Buy.
