[ST] John: mirror spacers

John,

I saw the prototype mirror spacers you sent STeve, any ETA on when we
might be able to get some for our bikes and what the cost might be?  As
well, are you going to trim them oval to match the base of the mirror?

If the price is reasonable, I will definately be getting them.
