[ST] Odd engine behavior

      Bill, my '99 did this one at 500 miles and has not repeated up until
now at 16k+. I'd say to not worry about it. Mine was cured the same way. I
could restart the engine and keep it running via throttle. When I got to
work and stopped the engine via the switch and restarted she ran fine.
Never reappeared.
