Yup, 46mm, but a 1 & 13/16" will also work.  I got mine (the SAE size,
not metric) at Sears here in the States.  It was about US$20.  I posted
to the list recently that I saw the same socket at HarborFreight (not
sure if they have them up there, check www.harborfreight.com) for
US$4.99.  Not as good of quality as Sears, but if you're not using it
that often, it probably wouldn't matter.
