Just for everyone's information, the FAQ says 36mm, not 46.

I ended up buying a nicely made six-point 1 13/16" from my local UAP/NAPA. 
Pricey, but v. nice quality chrome-vanadium steel.

BTW 1 13/16" = 46.04mm. Certainly close enough for government work.

I also e-mailed Mobil recently asking where I could buy Mobil 1 4T in 
Canada (it's not sold here as such). The reply was "at your Triumph dealer..."
