[ST] Ignition switch

My wiring up by my ignition switch has broken, internally (under the
insulation). Looks a lot like a tight factory tie-wrap has done some
damage. Supposedly, this was looked at by a dealer a few years ago and
corrected. Apparently not. Can anyone offer any insight on how to
disconnect the wiring from the ignition switch so I can get going on
repairing the wiring? I took a look but am not sure about how things come
apart.
