[ST] Chain Topic

While we're on the topic of chain tightness, my '00 RS manual says 25-35 mm
at tightest point which I keep it at. Since the suspension tightens the
chain some, then when I get on it my 155 lbs will tighten is alittle more,
how should the measurement/adjustment be done? Manual doesn't say that.

Should I have it upright with both wheels on the ground?, or on the centre
stand so the rear wheel is up?

"tightest point" is all relative, so which relative point should it be done?

This is probably a stupid anal question, but I thought I'd ask.
