Did the same thing during the ROT Rallye here in Austin a few weeks ago.
Passed about 10-15 Harley (and prolly wanna-be's).  Not one helmet in site,
most wearing tanks, some had no shirt.

Maybe we should start rating hp as harley's passed. ;)

      Returning from the first Rallye we came upon about ten slow Harley
cruisers all decked out in shirtless tee's etc. I rocketed around with my
left hand up in a wave motion without anything back but frowns. I don't get
it, they don't get it. Cook 'em:-)
