I got my 2002 Saphire Blue ST up to an indicated 150mph with the full
set of hard luggage on.  It still had 1500 revs to play with but I ran
out of road.

The fastest I ever hit with the three bag set-up was somewhere between 
125 and 130mph indicated. At that speed I have more important things to 
do than read the exact indicated speed.  Nice long straight highway in 
NE CT, slight uphill, nowhere that I could see a cop. The bags held
fast.
