yes three is best
front: put a tie wrap around the fork leg, sit on the bike tank half full
with riding gear on
have someone hold the bike
have someone slide the tie wrap to the moving part
get off the bike and put on centerstand without disturbing the bike too much
lift the bike from the ground ( push the rear of the bike down ) front wheel
has to be in the air
measure the distance between the moving part and the tie wrap
1 inch to 1.25 is good
rear:
sit on bike
hold bike
take a measure from rear axle nut and mark on the rear fairing ( the bottom
of no. 9 of 955i for example )
get off , centerstand, lift the wheel from the ground
measure same marks
1.25 to 1.5 inch is good
voila 8^)
