[ST] LA Freeways

The real solution to this is a better suspension. Installing Race Tech and
Ohlins gets rid of the problem. Increasing the spring rate and reducing
compression damping is what is needed, How to go about it is the question.
The above mentioned solutions work, but, I'm sure there are other
alternatives.
