Steve,

As much as i hate to say it, in light of all your previous problems... I 
can't say I would expect much more of a response from TOA.  Unfortunately, 
they will try and minimize the issue (as will any mfg.) for there own 
benefit (litigation, etc..)  Although these "minor" problems have caused you 
great distress and inconvenience, nothing blew up and nobody died.  Count 
your blessings.  The fact that you are now on a ride that "runs great" 
should be reason enough to let things go...
I know it's a tough pill, but I think your *real* problems reside with the 
f*^kheads at the original dealer, not a Triumph factory issue.  Be thankful 
you now have a bike that 99% of the rest of us love and cherish, now go out 
and enjoy that bad-boy!!!!

Rock-on, brutha!!!  Glad to see you have *finally* got what you originally 
deserved!!!  Ride hard, ride fast!!  It's under warranty.
